“RosesAreMyRubies.com happened almost by accident. In May and June there were so many wonderful Spring and early Summer blooms that I could resist them no longer and started to paint for sheer enjoyment.

A tentative showing on Facebook brought a surprising number of complimentary remarks and interest from galleries. There are several galleries now selling my original flower paintings. My feeling was that I would like more people to be able to share and enjoy the images and so the idea of producing cards was born.

It also enabled me to help a very wonderful charity by donating a small portion of each sale to a very worthy cause”.
